In your first 7 days of purchase you can return the item for exchange on a new item if the product is defective. If you return the product in the first 7 days for any other reason a restocking fee of 15% will be applicable.

Ballistic Arms as an online store ships directly from the supplier. Please make sure your address is correct on the system and that you chose the correct option. We do advise customers to contact us first to make sure the supplier has your product in stock. If you place the order and the supplier is out of stock the order will be put on back order with the supplier and we will then contact you as soon as your product has arrived.
